If you finance a vehicle with us, you may use our online payment portal to view your balance and make payments by card or bank transfer. A convenience fee applies to online card payments; bank (ACH) payments and staff-assisted payments are fee-free. You may also pay in person, by phone, or by mail at no added fee.
Program. Car Factory's text-messaging program sends account-servicing messages to customers who opt in: one-time login verification codes, payment-due reminders, and autopay confirmations. These are transactional account messages, not marketing.
Opt-in is optional. Enrolling in texts is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing a vehicle, obtaining financing, or using any Car Factory product or service. You may opt in on our sign-up page or by checking a separate, optional consent box on your paperwork.
